In October, mama, dada, and J flew to Washington DC! Johnathan loved sightseeing!

Introducing Johnathan James Bewley!

April 26, 2012, the Bewleys became a family of three! I have been waiting and praying for this day for soooo long! I don't know that I ever really  believed it would happen! As most people know, Johnathan came to our family at 5 months and 1 week old. This is the first "official" time I can post information about him! When I took him out of his car seat that first time, he smiled his big-eyed grin and I was a goner. It was really hard to not start counting down to adoption day. I know we had a lot of hoops to jump through still but I loved that boy from day one. We had been so burned before that I always held back. I refused to let myself believe this was going to happen. God had bigger plans! And here we are! Johnathan is my forever boy and I couldn't be happier! He loves his daddy, playing outside, climbing anything, swinging at the park, bananas, his doggy Sophie, and his mama! He makes me laugh daily with his goofy grin and silly antics! He loves to great everyone he sees with a resounding "Hi."
